Oh no Capcom released too many street fighter 2 games. when I first saw the cover in the 90s. I thought street fighter 2 was tag team fighting game, which would have been good. Street fighter alpha 3/ zero 3 did have some tag team elements.

I would've thought it is a bootleg because I'm sure I've seen the same cover art on another Street Fighter 2 game for the SNES.

all 3 versions of SF3 are on Dreamcast and Third Strike is in the Street Fighter Anniversary Collection on PS2/Xbox.
