How do you know he was driving drunk? Have they released toxicology results? The owner of the bar he was at said that he'd only had one or two drinks and wasn't in bad shape to drive.

Let's not indict the guy without any evidence.

i think a bar owner HAS to say that to save himself from any legal issues.

i could be wrong, but isn't a bar owner responsible for all people at bar? for example, if a bar keeps selling drinks to an intoxicated person and the person dies while driving home the bar could be sued.
