My wife and I play but I wouldn't say I play it very much. I have a Level 40 Troll Rogue on Black Dragonflight and I'm half heartedly working on a Tuaren Shaman on the same server.

I was really into UO for about 9 years and I've just rediscovered it through private shards--trying to make my own right now.

I played til like lvl12, gave up, tried just about each class for 20 minutes. That game just completely fails. Big waste of money on my part. They should invest less money on marketing and more on actually making a fun game.

I recently bought all 3 Guild Wars games and the expansion for $90 online. No monthly fees. This is the only good MMORPG out there, probably because it does away with most of what ruins the genre. I highly recommend it to fans of wRPGs and even jRPGs. It actually tells stories (with cutscenes in primary quests, even). Jeremy Soule does the music. The graphics are impressive and balanced, on a fine-tuned engine. The pace is super fast. There is very little grind, as it has a max lvl of 20, and it's more focused on strategic use of your hand-picked skillset, and your equipment. It also does a good job of getting people together for quests or any activity. The PVP system is also as good as it gets.

I tried WOW on a free trial for a couple of days, never really sucked me in. Only MMORPG that i got into was Diablo II, i know its not really MMO but thats the closest i've got to one. I played that for months and months, about level 75 Amazon by the end. Only feature i didnt like was the account deletion, I lost my Amazon after not playing it for 1 month. Such a huge waste to put in all that time and effort just to have it deleted and have to start again. Ah well, thats why people pay for WOW i guess.

D2 is a good game, if only for the low entry fee, and orgasmic Act1 music. I have a lvl52 Druid still, but I cant see myself grinding any further.

I bought it because my friends played it and i was leaving the country so i wanted something to keep in touch with them. It worked really well! We'd meet up every night and go and Cow together or something. Im starting again right now with an Amazon, Mozgus if you do ever start playing D2 again then add me i'm always andymol21 in whatever game i play. I love that feeling of going back to a game you have fond memories of, i just wish i had my Bowazon back

I played WoW up to level 40 with a Mage, and I think I had all classes on Alliance and Horde up to around lev 10.

Not worth the money or time, IMO.

I found D2 to be much better, and I got up to level 80 or 85 once (don't remember anymore) with a Sorceress in one of the B.net servers, and played a LOT in single player with "players 8" for better loot and exp.

Ivo.

I play on Bnet West. What about you? I can't join East. It had me banned since I got the game. Never figured out why.

I've got all the GW games. I've got 3 level 20 characters. I just got bored with it after you've done the main quests there's not much else to do! Well apart from getting the elite skills but once you've got the best ones for your class I don't see anything else to do! I don't like playing pvp. Didn't have enough people to rely on for it to be enjoyable. I'm trying to ween my girlfriend off of it atm and steer her into WoW, she's not having any of it though. She says the monthly cost is too much. Plus she's like 10 times better than me at GW!

Maybe thats why I don't like it? Jealous of my girl's skillz! LOL!
