My Updated Game Room

Post by deadpixels »

I don't think I've posted here since I bought my house a couple of years ago. Here's my new game room setup.

I'll add some pics of my basement mancave later, but for now this is where most of my gaming takes place.

Excellent setup!
How did you get those floating shelves to support the weight of those MVS carts? I've never had much luck with them.

Your game room is epic win. It looks like a rad place to hang out.

Thanks, Shallow. :D The floating shelves are just Ikea shelves with some heavy duty anchors. They're holding up the MVS and AES carts like a champ, though honestly I wouldn't use any more than what I have on there.

Don't get me started on the parts of your collection that get my blood boiling . I swear you raided Sega's archive with a dozen U-Hauls to amass that freaking collection. :P

Vinny is getting big though- and the kid has good taste! You'd be happy to know that yesterday morning the first thing he told me was that he wanted to play Panzer Dragoon Zwei.

I'm pretty sure I have that same CRT Trinitron as you. Best TV i've ever played retro consoles on. Wish it had Composite though. Nice collection!
