How did you find out about Racketboy?
Re: How did you find out about Racketboy?
Back in 2007 I was trying to find out if Saturn modchips existed and I found rackets store
(Was the only place on the net to still buy a modchip, not sure if it still is or not). Sadly I didn't buy one though, someone on ebay was selling a massive saturn lot and an already installed modchip in their saturn, somehow I won it for $25. I started lurking in the forums as I always do and a year later I joined

Re: How did you find out about Racketboy?
I had found the hidden gems and most valuable articles various times while searching for information on some more obscure games. I too ordered a Saturn modchip some time after that. Wipeoutguy had been urging me to join the forum for a while, then at some point someone asked a technical question that I felt the need to answer and I've been causing pain and suffering ever since.

Re: How did you find out about Racketboy?
i guess i was always into older gaming. but it wasn't until i actually discovered that people collect video games and will pay thousands for one single game that i started searching for "rare video games" on google. racketboy popped up as one of the top results.
i just read the articles on the site and and it wasn't until much later that i discovered there was a forum. and it wasn't until much later that i actually joined the site and started posting.

Considering it was just one month ago....a tad. Incidentally, that was also my birthday.NeverGoBak wrote:I honestly can't remember, that's pretty sad isn't it.

Re: How did you find out about Racketboy?
Just this past year, I randomly googled "Rarest games" just for kicks and read the article for the rarest games on this site. I thought it was really interesting and started checking out more of what the site had to offer. Since then my interest in video games has significantly grown and been rekindled! I'm also glad I joined the forums! Really interesting community.

I also bought a Saturn modchip from the store. But at the time, I didn't venture past the store. A year or two later, I was posting on the Gamespot Legacy Forums, and some you guys totally took over a thread to the point of trolling. So I ventured over here with my teeth clenched trying to see what kind of douches you all are. But then I ended up really liking what I saw and joined as a productive member instead.
