I was just wondering, is there any difference between the PAL and the Japanese versions of Rez for Dreamcast? Also, approximately how much is either one worth? Thanks,

A couple of questions about Rez
As far as I know there are no differences (besides the manual and back cover I'd guess). All the menus and music should be in English. I am as close to positive as I can be. I own the PAL version and would definitely recommend it from a collector's standpoint. It's harder to find and more expensive, but does have the English manual. If I were you though, I wouldn't pay more than $60. With it getting a reprinting on the PS2 in a America and an HD update on the Xbox360, it really shouldn't be worth more. Make sure you have a dreamcast rumble pack if you decide to get it. It's a completely different experience. I've heard talk of people saying there are glitches and problems in the PAL version, but I've never experienced anything of the sort.
PS: In case you didn't already know, you can read about the reprint here- http://www.siliconera.com/2006/01/16/th ... -reprints/
I personally love what they're doing. They're more than likely behind my being able to find Guitaroo Man ($30), Persona 2 ($7), Silhouette Mirage ($20), and Disgaea ($15) at such ridiculously low prices.
PS II: You might want to look into Cosmic Smash. You'd probably end up paying at least $80 for that one though. It could be worse. I paid $95.
PS III: Your best bet with finding Rez PAL for a good price would be ebay.co.uk. Just be sure to ask sellers about US shipping. I've had pretty good experiences in the past with it.

It came with my version (US PS2 release), works fine, and they were even considerate enough to provide a rubber slip cover for it so it wouldn't... get... uh... Dusty. Yeah. That's the ticket.
What is a chan, but a miserable pile of memes? But enough lulz. Have at you!
