I decided to finish playing through the neutral route this time, and then after that I'll probably try and finish my Lawful save. Sheesh, I could probably play this game until the day I die, there are so many things in it.
SNES/PSX version I hope? :P

Yeah, I played it earlier this year and it was incredible. Easy to see how damn re-playable it can be as well, talk about a massive SNES game.

I really recommend the new PSP remake, top notch.

I have one that I am willing to trade/sell on the ps1. It is lacking the manual though...

You can also play it on the virtual console.

Just finished Persona 4. Holy crap that was a long and amazing game. I don't think I've ever put 90 hours into a jrpg without doing all kinds of endgame stuff. Has to be one of my favorite ps2 rpgs that I have played so far.

So now that I am done with that, I am starting up Valkyrie Profile for the ps1. Took me years to find this game, so it is quite exciting. I'm not far yet, but damn this game is great so far. I love the massive amount of scaling.

Welcome! You're in good company. This is my first run through it too. And at least one other person's as well who signed up for the summer challenge.

I Just started Persona 3 FES Undub.
Earlier today I completed Megaman Legends 2 (for the 3rd time) after completing The Misadventures of Tron Bonne (for the 2nd time) & Megaman Legends (for the 4th time) in anticipation of playing the Megaman Legends 3 Trial - WTF? Where is it?.
In any case, it didn't arrive on the Nintendo store after I went and got a 3DS for it so I'm delving into what I know is an involving and extremely enjoyable RPG. I've never played any of the other SMT games, and my friend tells me this is what I should play first (he's beaten over half of them). I have to say, for a game that hasn't let me fight anything for over an hour (smoking sessions with houseguests contributed to that), I'm actually enjoying it - the anticipation of getting to know it's mechanics makes the prelude that much better (the conversations actually have a bearing on my experience?! - sweet!). I have enough knowledge of the mechanics from watching my friend play boss battles in this and others in the series that I'm eagerly awaiting finding out how the fusion system works and will spend most of my free time completely absorbed until I can play MML3. I've been holding off experiencing this series for a few years now. I considered starting from the first game and working my way through it fully to work up the the advanced game balance that the newer games have (like I did with Final Fantasy) but my schedule just doesn't allow for such a deep slice of gameplay lately. I know I have enough time to get the full first experience enjoyment out of this game before my next contract so I'll make a sufficiently grindy go at it. I can't wait to shoot myself in the head!

Pier Solar is amazing. Wrapped it up shortly after release and have been itching to have a second playthrough. Enjoy it!

I've been hoping to finish Magician Lord myself, but the game is so damn brutal. Stage 3 kicks my ass hard, and when I finally finish it stage 4 is as enjoyable as feeding my penis into a woodchipper.

That aside, awesome game. I'm a sucker for classic fantasy sidescrollers.

As for me:

This week I wrapped up Shining Force III: Scenario 2, so now that my RPG plate is clean I've stacked on a few more.

Super Mario RPG- Been playing this with my son. What a classic.

Panzer Dragoon Saga- Starting a new game of this tomorrow.

Grandia- It's funny how people either love it or hate it, but so far I've found this one to be very enjoyable. The translation on Gamefaqs has been excellent, too.
