Both Rise of Nightmares and Amy look interesting to me, although I don't have a connect so I'm much more likely to play Amy.

The Hidden

Image

The hidden is an augmented reality game for the Nintendo 3DS that is produced by Majesco. This is another interesting addition for fans of horror. You travel around in the real world to find ghosts that you can only see through your 3DS camera. This should be fun for people that enjoy scaring themselves. It's like a high tech game of Bloody Mary.

"As a member of the elite G.E.I.S.T. squad, Ghostly Entity Investigation and Strike Team, you must work with your team to track, capture, shoot and eliminate evil spirits, including fast-moving Kamikazes and Tanks, solid phantoms armed with claws. "

This looks like a Diablo/Torchlight clone from Microsoft Game Studios for XBLA.

That's creepy and a nifty idea, though I'd prefer it be a budget title.

I agree. That has potential as a weird but fun $20 game, ala Katamari Damacy, but I'd never pay $40 for it.

More details on Payday: The Heist. I'm getting more excited for this one. They have some excellent ideas for gameplay which you'll hear about in this video.

There will also be more levels other than a bank heist. There will also be robbing an armored car, breaking someone out of prison, and others.

Papo & Yo (downloadable PS3)

Copy pasted from 1up because I'm too lazy:

"Papo & Yo originates from a much different place than other games. It's inspired by the story of developer Minority's creative director, Vander Caballero. He grew up with his father abusing alcohol and drugs, although Caballero says he was still a good man. In the game, protagonist Quico spends time in an imaginary world with his best friend, Monster. When Monster eats frogs, he turns into an "evil killing machine." Once the effects wear off, he turns back into the good guy. Wanting to cure him of this addiction, Quico decides to take on the task of discovering a cure. It's different from anything else at E3 and so we're excited to see how this unique story is woven in with adventure/puzzle mechanics over the course of the game."

^ I posted about Papa & Yo in my "indie watch" thread. I'm definitely liking the concept and really looking forward to this release. I hope it makes its way to PC too.
