Why is SNK/Playmore logo not displayed on that flyer? Did SNK/Playmore finally go belly-up or did they sell the rights to Atlus?

Atlus is great and all - but why Atlus? They have distribution problems in the USA.

This feels like a natural fit.

It also looks like they learned their lesson from 12.

60 dollar figthing games cant just be arcade and versus( Im looking at you MVC3).

whaaa? MVC3 is probably my GOTY, man. The only game I've spent $60 on this year. Well technically my wife spent, but... totally not a game I'd regret spending as much on.

The only game I spent $70 dollars and reget it.

Also, hopefully they fix the bad on KoF: XII and if so, then I'll buy it.

I was greatly disappointed by MvC3 too... but I was let down by a lot more than the lack of content. That was the least of my concerns.

The fighting is solid, but with so little else to offer other than the two basic modes, I thought the game was just overpriced. The same way that KOF 12 was.

I want a story mode at least. Even Blazblue did that.

ah, I see. Didn't bother me because I never do Story Modes or anything like that. I generally play through Arcade Mode until I feel comfortable enough to play online.

I find it funny how everybody demands that a fighter have hundreds of thousands of single-player options and sometimes don't even touch the versus modes, while the laugh at all the single-player content for every other genre under the sun because they'll ignore it and go straight to the multiplayer modes.

Don't get me wrong, I was disappointed by the single-player modes in most fighters, but that didn't matter one lick to me in the long run. What did matter? Versus. Everything else in the game should serve only one purpose - to prepare you for versus mode.

MvC3 was worth every bit of the $70 I spent on it, and judging by all the YouTube vids of high-level KOFXIII matches, this game is going to be worth it too. I can't freaking wait.

Rest assured folks, the game is good. UFO has had it for awhile and I've spent time with it. Forget XII, it didn't happen. XIII is great and deserves to be a classic. Oh and stop playing XI and start playing 98UM or 2002UM if you want any kind of head start. This KOF is old school.

No, they are porting it. It's no different than Takara, Acclaim, etc back in the day. The 1990s say hello. I think it's a simple situation of SNK being uninterested or unwilling to do it themselves.
