1- Hilter- German ( demolish Europe and exerterminatin of rivals during WW2 )

2- Tojo - Japanese PM ww2 era ( expansion of Japan and demolishing Asia)

3- Mao - China ( killed millions in revolutions )

4- Pol Pot aka Saloth Sar - Cambodia 1970's- ( killed 1.7–2.5 during revolutions )

Was Mao ever charged with war crimes? Certainly he should have been, but I don't recall ever reading about that.

Well i know that Mao of China and Pol Pot of Cambodia did not get charged for war crimes. Mao died of sickness and Pol Pot died of old age.

As for Toto he was executed and Hitler went the sucidal route

Then the same can be said about Pol Pot, he didnt commit crimes he just had a policy, because his movement was based off of Chinese Mao. Even it wasnt really their ideal of having so many people killed during the movement, sadly many millions did die because of it. Also Mao supported the Khmer Rouge which is lead by Pol Pot

Maybe that is why these 2 were not commited as war crimes, but just reckless rulers.
