Yeah because these are supposed to be system sellers.
Hey, don't question what works! These remakes both please consumers and make money for the developers. I have bough few games at full price which I was more satisfied with than The Sly Collection. Having played the original really made me appreciate the improvements they made. The PS2 versions were blurry, fuzzy, and not the best framerates. I'm willing to fork over dough to fix those problems. And let me tell you, when someone says "MGS3 at 60 FPS" I hear "heaven."

wait.... huh? don't you mean that Peace Walker was a lot more well received and kojima involved a lot more with it? portable ops isn't bad...i loved the game, but peace walker i found more enjoyable. that being said i would love to see acid and acid 2 being remade...there i said it. i actually loved those games.

but anyways, anyone new to the ZoE games, do not judge the the series on the first one alone, all the problems of that game get fixed in the sequel and everything is forgiven.

I can't for the life of me find Portable Ops so I do wish that was included. I'm not sure if I'm going to buy this. After buying the MGS Collection for PS2 and playing through 4 I honestly don't have much of a desire to play through them again. Great games, but, there are too many other games out now for me to play through these again.

Portable Ops is definitely worth playing. Would have been cool to see it in this collection.

Epic typo, damn I'm out of it today. Yes I totally meant to say Peace Walker there.

And yeah again I agree on that note regarding the ZOE games. ZOE1 had an atrocious annoying ass kid main character and the mechanics were whatever, but ZOE2 completely destroys it and improved everything.

I thought the gameplay mechanics were fantastic in the first one, not just "whatever". Though the 2nd runner improved everything about the first game.

I might be in a minority that prefers the first ZOE game, though both are excellent.

That's the problem with having a 13 year old boy as your protagonist.
