That's funny, animation is horrible, but it's funny none-the-less.
Let strength be granted, so the world might be mended...so the world might be mended.

I sure do love triple compound words. Nonetheless, nevertheless, inasmuch, whatsoever, wherewithal, heretofore, albeit, woebegone (ok, that's two words, but I really like it), hereinafter, and of course, goddamnit. And while we're at it, how about "whodunit"?Stark wrote:That's funny, animation is horrible, but it's funny none-the-less.

Hey, I didn't know that had no dashes in it! Interesting. Wouldn't begone technically be a compound word and therefore woebegone be a triple?
EDIT: notwithstanding

Re: How It Should Have Ended: Mortal Kombat
Woebegone is derived from woe+begon, from begon meaning "to beset." Woe+begone would mean "go away, woe!," which woebegone does not mean.

Make sense to me! I love etymology!

So, um. Anyone want to say some more about the video
This is actually a funny coincidence as I'm reading a book on grammar at the moment

Remember that part where Sub-Zero flips off Liu Kang? Classic.
