Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

He may have gained a few pounds, but Stryker still has what it takes to clean up the streets.

I only got a few with my phone, still re-asembling from the weekend.

Shouts to all...Kev, Luke, (his two buddy's), the 7...who else? Hard to remember in my old age and mass High-Life all weekend.

Was a fun time - even if I only got to stay for a day. The whole time I was working on Saturday and Sunday, I was feeling pissed that I wasn't still there.

I guess if I paid $30 just to play games and buy stuff at the dealers room, charging $10 for admission to a freeplay arcade with swag wouldn't be so bad after all.

And yeah, I need some of those delicious candy cabs.

Akai Katana in a Megalo  Awesome.

beautiful cabs! i hope the kids were respectful.
Seeing a dude churn butter with a stick in between levels of DDP DFK on the NAC at MagFest made my heart hurt

I am kicking myself for missing Luke and 7k by five minutes...but I made bank in the dealers room. We made a very good profit in there, as did all of our friends. So very good chance we will be back.

I did run into Majors once, but he was, as expected, not terribly sober. The unwritten rule is if you run tourneys at a con, you get a free reign on drinking. This Modman guy kept coming back to the table too...

Japanator wrote about the event a bit. Mostly pictures, though. I definitely should have taken more pictures, but I left my good camera. I feel like using my camera phone is doing a disservice to the cosplayers and all.

Thanks to everyone that was able to attend! This weekend was great, I've just barely managed to pull my butt back to town and finally got some sleep last night. Everybody was a blast to hang out with, Fastbilly changes shirts faster than nobody's business, I bought a Semitsu stick & buttons and finally broke down for a Saturn import cart, epic soap (literally) was 50 cents, grape pop-tarts continuously eluded me all weekend (Damn you, strawberry flavor! ) and on Saturday Luke bought me a Reuben & drinks after we talked yarn at a great little pub on Blount St.

And yes, for all those wondering about the pics I took (Along with my grammar skills after starting a sentence with the word: and) I will actually be making a dedicated effort to develop the pictures I took this year. There's a great little film scanner at a local pawn shop and all my pharmacies still do 1-hour photo so once I get the negatives we'll all see how it came out!

Look at this crazy cat Japanator caught in the background! (P.S.-The Mrs. loves the tea set  )

Did Luke know you aren't old enough to drink? Or by "drinks" do you mean soda or some such?

Coke of course. (the liquid kind, not the sniff sniff kind) :P

Every year it seems I'm the only one not getting piss drunk in the troupe of people I travel with. This year DrCirno once again played the one and only "Party Pirate" which is near legendary with some of the older congoers and was wasted to a completely new level.
