Halo 2 Special Edition Xbox

I'm interested in buying a special edition Halo 2 xbox. I'd prefer a Canadian version but any version is fine. A boxed console would really be preferred, though. My question is:
Does anyone know of any online retailers that would actually carry any?
I've found a couple of sites online that have them listed, but are sold out. Google hasn't really been any help at all. If anyone could make any suggestions I'd really appreciate the help.

The US and Canadian versions are identical, you know. You won't be able to know for sure whether it was sold in Canada or the US if you find one. And as for finding one at an online retailer, it ain't going to happen. It's been out of production for probably 6 or 7 years now. You'll have to use Ebay or Amazon Marketplace.

There's a US version of this system? I remember wanting one when Halo 2 came out and I thought it was Canadian only. I got the Halo Green Xbox when it came out though, still got it in the box.

I thought the green Halo Xbox was the Halo 2 Xbox. There were 2 versions?

Halo Edition was Clear Green with the "HALO EDITION" on the front right corner
Halo 2 Edition was a Clear Blue bundled with Halo 2 no special logo and was only released in Canada.

I'm fairly certain it was released in Asia, as well. Along with a green one very similar to the Halo 1 Xbox. You can view both at Play Asia, though they don't seem to have any consoles in stock.
