Text reviews or video reviews
Just realized that I have not read an entire game review in a while be it for a new release or old. For about one or two years been watching video reviews or gameplay videos now that I have the speed to enjoy it, so how do you feel about both types of reviews? My thoughts are focused on how before when this tool was not available games usually surprised us when we actually got to play them at a friends house or when we got them. Its better to watch the game in action or try it out before now cause it saves us from the horror of spending on crappy games but has this made games we have not played loose some of their magic?

I read reviews. I hate the sound of some of people's voices. If I want to watch the game in action, I'd look up an exclusivley gameplay video.

I agree. Some people (like me) were just never made to do do voice recording.
If anything, I enjoy those that have British accents
