This thread is updated every week or two with all the DVDs that have gone out of print since the last post. So if you're wanting to buy something, by checking this thread, you can find out whether it's out of print, and you should get it while you can, or, if it's not, put it off. Plus, you can use it to find out exactly when stuff you already know is out of print went out of print.

I have not used the forums, mainly just hit the reviews.
