So are we going with CS? Maybe do CS for this one and CT another time?

Seeing how everyone's preparing, I started to play CS again after a few months of putting it down. I've been playing nothing but MVC3 in terms of fighters, and going back just killed my mindset. I'll be sure to bring my best game to the table.

Alright, I picked up CS. It's installing to my PS3 right now. With any luck, it'll be done installing in time for Tuesday's fight night.

What do y'all use for fighting games on PS3? I HATE the ps3 controller, although it'll appear that's what I'll use on Tuesday :( I am looking for an inexpensive alternative that will not kill my thumb.

The MadCatz fight pads are decent. I use one of the TE joysticks myself.

I actually love the PS3 controller with a passion when it comes to fighting games. It doesn't bother my thumb at all.

About CS though, this new balance patch really threw me off. My 3 mains (Ragna, Bang and Hazama) now play completely different, and Ragna and Bang got hit with the nerf bat like nobody's business.

I like the PS3 controller, too. Plus, the only alternative I own is an X-Arcade stick.

I'm totally going to get my ass kicked as I haven't even gotten CS yet. I've been practicing on CT, though. I'll have to pick up CS from the 'stop tomorrow.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

I HATE the PS3 controller for fighters. I use my PS2 Chun-Li fight pad to play. Can't use sticks for fighters.

I tried CS today for the first time. Used Rachel. One the single fight I played, but was'nt in love with the game. Reminded me of Arcana Hearts a bit. Kind of slow/floaty jumping if that makes sense? I used Rachel Alucard. We'll see. I have a few days to mess with other characters and try to get comfortable before Tuesday.

Rachel's one of the less unfriendly characters if you aren't used to her. And she's super floaty.
