They had a very good selection of obscure systems there, actually. Super Famicom (in their original boxes, even), Game Gear, 3DO, Neo Geo and various others - plus obvious ones like NES, SNES, Genesis, etc. Had a good selection of imports for the Saturn and Dreamcast as well.
They even had Psychic Assassin Taromaru there when I went, for a prohibitively expensive price (even compared to what it normally goes for.)

Re: Retro Game Store Directory
I stopped by the new Game Over location in San Antonio yesterday and snapped a few shots with my phone:

It's a really nice store and I was pleased to discover that the manager Nick is the former manager of the South Austin location - so the service was as polite and professional as I've come to expect from the chain. Just like the other locations, the prices for some things were a little too high - I know that's the curse of the brick and mortar shop, though. I do wish they'd mark down games in generic cases but from a business stand point I understand why they don't.
But other than that, it's an ideal game store run by people who obviously love what they are doing.
The selection at this location is a little thin in some areas but I think that might be because the store is relatively new (less than a year old) and they haven't had a chance to buy up the good stuff from the locals yet. Things like 2600, Genesis, NES, and PS2 are obviously well represented but Dreamcast, Saturn, and Gamecube were hit and miss. Surprisingly, they had a profusion of Neo Geo Pocket Color and Virtual Boy items. They also have one of the best collections of Master System games I've seen in a store since the early 90's. For the hand held gamer, this store is heaven - a mountain of Game Gear, GB, GBC, and GBA games were on hand. The store gets some street cred as well for separating their GB and GBC selection.
I know I harp on how much I hate D-Pad, their regional competitor, but in contrast to that store, all the merchandise was clean. For me the gold standard is if they've gotten the gunk out of the cracks on second hand controllers. Where D-Pad's stock is a dusty mess, everything at Game Over looks as close to new as possible. The atmosphere is also better - the store feels more like a store and less like a hang out for local kids. Shopping at D-Pad is a pain in the ass as local kids tend to crowd the place, just looking to hang out or harass paying customers.
The store also has a great location - right off TX 410, a major artery for San Antonio. There is plenty of parking as well - this is no hole in the wall second hand store.
My final verdict: While I still prefer the North Austin location, it's just not feasible for me to get there so often now that I have moved further South. For any retro gamer in San Antonio, this store more than makes the cut as long as you're willing to pay a slight premium for the convenience of avoiding Ebay and seeing the product with your own eyes before you buy.

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Brief Review:
*Very good game store that have a lots of games to check out from different platform.
*Got couple of games which was hard to find in the wild from this store.
*Give you a very good cash exchange for your use games over Gamestop.
*The couple issue with the store is either the price of certain games may be a bit overprice and how big the store is. The store is very small and they is too many games in it. So, you might need to ask the people there if they have the games you're interested.
*Overall, one of the better game store you can find in Toronto.

I just went to this place two weeks ago and it's really awesome. nice selection with some rare stuff. prices are okay, not great but fair. but spending your money in a stand alone retro game store feels nice so I didn't mind paying 15 bucks for an NES controller and a 6-button Genesis controller.
if you're in the area it is definitely worth the trip.

Not necessarily the best prices, but you will find some decent deals from time to time.
An occasionally rewarding alternative to Destiny Games (Canton, MI/already on this list).
