Have you played it online enough to have an opinion of its lobbies and netcode?Bradtemple87 wrote:I have Continuum Shift, sounds fun

Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

awesome, I don't have either so let's decide which one soon so I can buy it and figure out how to play it before then

Good idea - Let's say by the end of the day we decide, even if we just flip a coin.noiseredux wrote:awesome, I don't have either so let's decide which one soon so I can buy it and figure out how to play it before then

The netcode is better in CS in my experience, but the netcode in CT isn't bad or anything. I'm pretty sure CS has more lobby options, but what they are exactly eludes me at the moment. CS is the better game overall obviously, but I think it would probably make the most sense to use whichever version of the game most of the users here have.Flake wrote:Okay, I'm feeling like Blazblue is it for the 31st. As to which version - I ask those of you familiar with both: Is there a version with better online capabilities? We'll want whichever version of the game lobbies the best and has the best netcode.
CT has easy specials though, which makes for hilarious Unlimited Tager mirror matches.

EDIT: FYI, the grammar mistake in the thread title drives me nuts

Flake, how about a poll to decide which version of BB?

I'm going to suggest CS, as from what I've read there's better online mode than CT and there's more characters to choose from.noiseredux wrote:Flake, how about a poll to decide which version of BB?

I think the online mode is definitely better on all fronts, even if marginally.noiseredux wrote:I'm going to suggest CS, as from what I've read there's better online mode than CT and there's more characters to choose from.
There are only 3 additional characters unless you have the DLC though. Still, the new characters are definitely worth picking CS over CT if you ask me.

It's more of a spelling error than anything.dsheinem wrote: EDIT: FYI, the grammar mistake in the thread title drives me nuts
Okay, the poll has been added!

I say Continuum Shift. More characters to choose from, online is smoother from my experience, and its more balanced than CT in my opinion.
I'm gonna do what I can to make it to this little tournament you guys started up. Sounds like it'll be fun.
