Recommend me PSP games

i haven't really played much on psp. I played Harvey Birdman and Crush 3D, other than that just emulators.

We'd need an idea of what types of games you like. RPGs? Puzzlers? Shooters? Also, I'm not too up on how well a modded fat PSP can handle modern games. If I remember right at one time there was a tool that you could use to patch the ISO and let games work without a firmware check, but that seems like a pain if you're getting retail games.

I am a psp noob, i have one but I haven't really used it. I would like to get into it but I have no idea of what's out there for the system. I like all types of games but keep sports and rpg games to a low count and only buy them if I seem to enjoy them.

I had a look at that list and I have seen a few games I am interested in and some that I have bought for ps2. So if there are any other great games for this system I don't mind reading about them in any thread.
