Best female villains

I get sort of tired of how male dominated best of lists in gaming tend to be. Best villains lists will mention characters like Sephiroth, Kefka, Liquid Snake, etc. Even best hero lists will be dominated by the Belmonts, Dantes, etc. You might see Samus or Lara Croft, but they are such typical picks

I thought it would be fun to focus on gaming's best bad girls. Okay, that's not the best way to put it, but who are the most memorable female villains in gaming. Here's one of my faves:

Rashoujin Mizuki

I loved Lady Kagami in Tenchu 2. Here's a little bit about her from wikipedia:

"Leader of the Burning Dawn, and also Lord Toda's head ninja, Kagami dreams of a world where the ninja don't have to live in the shadows. To do this, she has plots to bring down the reign of the samurai. She develops a strong romantic relationship with Tatsumaru"

The fact that she develops a romance with one of the story's protaganists makes the story more interesting
