I would just like to randomly say that Blood is one of the hardest old school FPS's I've ever played. I can clear Duke Nukem pretty easily and do fine in Shadow Warrior when it's not crashing, play all Doom WAD's on HMP or UV sometimes, but yeah... Blood utterly destroys me.

Some games have gotten terrible console ports. For example, I played The Suffering on the PC and I could never load a save. I'd save, but for whatever reason, I couldn't load a save game.
I don't believe I ever had that problem. The main advantage of The Suffering for PC though is that it is free:

Is that release considered legal? It's definitely a must play game, but I never included it because I wasn't sure if it was an official free release or not.

Honestly I'm not sure. It's in that weird grey area of legality.

As far as I'm concerned. If you can no longer buy it in stores, it's fair game. But hey, thats just me!

Command & Conquer: Tiberian Sun and Red Alert should also be on JT's list.

The Command & Conquer link takes you to all of those.

Been thinking about picking up one of these to use for older games.

Is this at all feasible or will it not run any games older than my current gaming rig will? I know I could build a rig for older games a lot cheaper but this just seems damned cool to me.
