The videos are from the end of the game, where the game all of a sudden attempts to have a "story". If you have ever played the game, you probably didn't get past the first pond because it is so bad.

But honestly, getting to that final video (only live action video in the game), is great. The game really makes no sense at all, and that video just sums it up perfectly.

I played it randomly one boring afternoon when I was burning a bunch of obscure Dreamcast games. I didn't recognize the first two videos at all but after you posted the pic I remembered the game. I didn't play it for very long, but if I knew that would be my reward for beating it, I would have.

Its a Japanese fighter, not Rival Schools. The characters in the life bar icons are controlling the fighters? Hmmmm.
