The news of this Kollection is on lots of sites, but I can't seem to find a lot of info on the stick. One site said that the joystick will come bundled with a code to download the game.

The MK9 stick looks much nicer and is the same price. Is there any reason to buy this one? To look goofier?

If you really really liked MK1.

If this was based off of the MK2 CPO, I'd be all over it

MK9 switched the buttons around, so would it even work? Or is it just switched on the control pad, but the same on the stick? The Klassic stick doesn't look bad though, it looks just like the original MK CPO only with the addition of the run button. Maybe dated, but I wouldn't call it goofy.
Yeah, but their description leaves some to be desired. Doesn't say anything about it coming with a code to download the game (maybe it doesn't come with the code?). I would assume it's wireless, right? But it doesn't say anything about that. There's only that small pick up there, and a broken video.

Like I said earlier, GS is the only site I know of that has the stick up for pre-order yet. It doesn't say that it's a GS exclusive though, and I couldn't see how it would be. I'm gonna wait and see if it comes up any where else before I pre-order it. I'd rather buy from Amazon if possible.

I was kinda thinking the same thing. It makes sense to use the MK1 CPO though. I mean, it doesn't say "Mortal Kombat 1" it just says "Mortal Kombat," it wouldn't make much sense for it to say "Mortal Kombat II" on a stick that's meant for all three games. Though I do love that MKII CPO, so yeah, I'd be all over that too.

You know what would be cool? If they released 3 versions of this same stick. Each of the three game's CPOs, so you could choose which one to buy. I doubt they'll do this, but I can dream.

It comes with the game.

I blog about games and art. Usually both at once. Check it out at your own risk.

I think they're the same on the stick. I mean, it was build to be compatible with previous games, since it even has the straying run button (I read that MK9 doesn't have a run button).
