Just watched it too, great dialog between the Tutor and King!Bradtemple87 wrote:The Kings Speech, I enjoyed it but not as much as everyone raved about it

Die Hard: Cheesy, predictable, but still enjoyable. Reminded me a lot if Speed or Air Force 1, it had the same feel. It seemed an awful lot like a 90's movie for an 80's movie. I haven't heard; are the sequels any good?
The Powerpuff Girls Movie: Good, though I would have preferred a whole new situation to deal with, like The Spongebob Movie had, rather than an origin story. Still, I liked it, and the animation was certainly a step up from the show (either styles.)

So what you're saying is you just watched Die Hard for the first time? Mind blown.BoringSupreez wrote:Die Hard: Cheesy, predictable, but still enjoyable. I really enjoyed the whole series, I would rate them in this order 1,4,3,2.

I know what you mean, I've never bothered watching them either, but I've seen Dirty Harry probably half a dozen times. They're bound to disappoint, you'd think.Limewater wrote:It's so good, though, that I'm rather hesitant to watch any of the sequels.

What's so strange about watching Die Hard for the first time? I can't have seen every famous movie. Everyone has at least a few they never got around to watching.Stark wrote:So what you're saying is you just watched Die Hard for the first time? 2011 Movies:
Blades of Glory
The Darjeeling Limited
Robin Hood: Men in Tights
Scream 4
Lions for Lambs *NEW*
Watched this to end my Intro to American Government class. As with any Robert Redford flick, it's great. The three interconnected stories happening simultaneously is pulled off brilliantly, and the characters are very relatable. I only wish the ending closed better; it seems like too much was left on the table.

That's true, I guess I am making a general assumption about how old you are. For my age, which is 32, saying you haven't seen Die Hard is like you haven't seen Terminator 2. Or Aliens.

I haven't seen Silence of the Lambs and everyone goes ape when they hear it.Stark wrote:That's true, I guess I am making a general assumption about how old you are. For my age, which is 32, saying you haven't seen Die Hard is like you haven't seen Terminator 2. Or Aliens.

Neither have I, and I have no intention of doing so either. And I sometimes get similar reactions from people for that.Gnashvar wrote:I haven't seen Silence of the Lambs and everyone goes ape when they hear it.Stark wrote:That's true, I guess I am making a general assumption about how old you are. You have to love all the cop movies that used to be set in san francisco. Nowadays it's either New York or Miami if they want to mix things up.
