That is dumb. You don't middle click to open links in a new tab though? Single click that way, not two.Ziggy587 wrote:I noticed that too, but forgot to mention it. Another neat thing I just noticed in Firefox 4. If you right click the address bar to paste an address, there's a new "paste & go" option. At least, I think it's new, didn't ever notice it in Firefox 3.

Chrome has something like that, except it lets you open a link in a new tab when you're highlighting it.Ziggy587 wrote:Another neat thing I just noticed in Firefox 4. I try to do that but my work mouse seems to have a sticky middle wheel button so it doesn't do what I expect. So sometimes I hold the control key and then click on it. I need to get a new mouse.Hobie-wan wrote: That is dumb. You don't middle click to open links in a new tab though? Single click that way, not two.
At home, the mouse works fine.

I have a Mac, so I've always just used Safari. I do have Firefox loaded on the computer though, but that's just to help test compatibility with other browsers when I'm making a web page.

We've got some customers who want a web site developing to use on their macs, but we havnt got access to one - if our pages look ok in Safari on windows, will it look the same in Safari on a Mac?Michi wrote:I have a Mac, so I've always just used Safari.
