Anyone ever use a TTX Tech Xbox Controller?

I just found these on ebay today and well they are cheaper to get then official controllers. I just cant find reviews anywhere:

I am hoping to buy another 11 xbox controllers and if I can get them at a consistent price that is always better than hunting for them.
