Ugh, I can imagine. What are you guys dealing with? People asking about the outtage in general? Shit tons of trade-ins?
All that and more; fuck, people have come in yelling at us to turn the network back on because they think WE run it!

They managed to compromise SOE as well? Like, people's Everquest accounts and passwords and other SOE games?

Ouch.

Man, I can totally relate to that. When I worked in the wireless department here, we would get stuff like that pretty often.

"It's funny because the hackers are still playing online with their PS3s :) Just put that down to Sony punishing the legitimate customers as usual.

I'm sorry to hear about your situation but surely there's other ways of interacting other than PSN? Plus there's tunneling services like Xlink."

No I blame greedy hackers who did this solely to sell private info and then pretend to be doing it for the little guy. Sony has done tons of dumb things but to put the sole blame on them for hacker' decision to do this is even dumber.
Beware the wombats...

Playing:
PC: The Witcher
GCN: Zelda: The Wind Waker
360: Assassin's Creed 2
PS3: 3D Dot Game Heroes

Same here too. Our software is used mostly by a certain franchise and we have 5 or 6 integrated payment options that are used depending on country. So we get a ton of people calling us that have to be directed elsewhere.

I think it's time to dance a little jig.

Oh man, that is too rich.
