I use chrome and my wife uses firefox... I also have nothing useful to add to this thread. I guess I'll just hit my optimally placed back and refresh buttons.

What really bugs me are the pop-ups for saving my password, and that it tells me in the lower left portion of the screen what URL is being loaded, so every time I click to a new page, I've got this yellow thing that pops up and pulls my eyes to it to see what it is. It's really getting on my nerves. Is there a way to turn that off?

Oh hey, responding again really quick to tell Inazuma that I've found a way to customize the layout for your various buttons. If you enter their weird hanging menu and look into the "Options" command, you can turn off the "Tabs on Top" option, and turn on the "Menu Bar," which reverts you to the traditional File Edit View menu bar that I prefer.

Once this is done, there is an option under View and then Toolbars that says "Customize," where you can click and drag icons to change their position to return it to a more normal setting. So now I have refresh, home, and the various others sitting up in their older placement. It still hasn't quit with the URL thing in the lower left-hand of the corner, but it feels a lot better.

Guess I'll tag along with everyone else here, I tried the beta or earlier working versions and pretty much hated it right from the get go. Hell, I still think FF3 was a downgrade from FF2, but 3 does the job for me and I'm fine with it.

I had an Opera phase for awhile, but just went back to FF for the plugins, better security, etc. Guess I might check out Chrome someday since most seem to like it.

This is my new favorite toy. Not something I'd recommend to everyone, but damn cool for those of use who appreciate it. You can script it to behave any way you'd want it to behave.

I use Firefox 4 as my secondary browser (Chrome is primary) and, to be honest, I am liking it a lot more than 3. Yes, the new interface takes getting used to. Other than that, I find that it loads up faster than the older version and "feels" more solid. Still doesn't match up to Chrome.

Yeah they did some annoying things like when you right click a link. They switched the top two options of opening it in a new tab or a new window. There's no good reason to just randomly switch something that people have gotten used to over the years.

Luckily I don't mind the back button being away from refresh/stop because I have back and forward mapped to the two thumb buttons on my mouse.
