Can't think of a single one I've bought that felt like it was really worth it. I think I haven't bought a single one since FEAR 2 Reborn, which felt like it took 30 minutes to complete (same with one of the old Mass Effect DLC releases).
It's completely opinion based so giving a list of "good" or "bad" DLC is completely pointless.
That's not really true. When looking at the content/price point, there is DLC that's pretty much unanimously considered bad or good.

$5 for palette swaps in BlazBlue Continuum Shift is bad DLC, period. It's a blatant (and laughable) cash grab. DLC that was scheduled and developed ahead of time and is included on the disc you just paid for is total BS. There's not really any argument there.

Free tag team arena mode in Yakuza 3 and the massive Wipeout Fury expansion are examples of good DLC. Even if you don't care for the content or the games, it's hard to argue that there's anything wrong with those DLCs.

Maybe a piece of DLC can be largely agreed upon as being good or bad but that doesn't make it fact. There will always be someone who considered the pallet swap thing to be completely worth it. There will always be people who didn't like the Broken Steel DLC for Fallout 3 but its "unanimously" agreed to be good.
