Re: Anonymous strikes again
as part of the Welcome Back firmware update, I wish they'd include PS2 emulation again. Is there a PSN wishlist somewhere?

I was referring to match making and chat. They are referring to all PSN services, including the store and Home. While we can certainly speculate that Sony is full of shit and that even match making and chat will not be available until the 31st (along with everything else), that article and others do not ground that theory.
Re: Anonymous strikes again
PS2 "emulation" via software on any PS3 is a myth. There is still PS2 hardware on the "software emulated" ps3s. That hardware is missing on non-BC PS3s. It isn't as if they can just include a software update and all PS3s could magically play PS2 games.noiseredux wrote:as part of the Welcome Back firmware update, I wish they'd include PS2 emulation again. You may as well wish that it would shit gold bricks out the disc slot, as that is just as technically possible.noiseredux wrote:WISHlist.dsheinem wrote:PS2 "emulation" via software on any PS3 is a myth.
