I don't really have dreams, but when I do, they're like 5-10 second things that seem normal. What's really creepy is when I don't remember them until that exact moment happens weeks later.

I've had millions of real, out of the ordinary, and paranoia induced dreams. My most vivid one was I was escorting people I knew to a bunker to keep them safe from an impending attack when there was a bright light and I was knocked down. I saw a huge mushroom cloud and everything blowing away. I woke up staring at the lamp, which is old and has that exact shape.

My alarm will do this for me too! If it's the buzzing sound, it'll be there in my dreams. If it's music, my dreams will take the shape of the song that's playing. I've had a miserable dream once of trying, in my dream, to find my alarm clock and turn it off. Took me forever to wake up.

Reality creeps into my dreams all the time. I was woken up by nausea the other week and it was in my dream too. If the phone is ringing it will often enter my dream right before it wakes me up. So will whatever's on the radio when my alarm goes off if it doesn't wake me up right away.

That is not a dream, that is noted as a "deja vu" and it is not uncommon for people to experience this. There are rational explanations for them that do not require guessing the future, usually it is considered that they are caused by your brain incorrectly labeling the events you are witnessing in the present as having been a memory in the past, so you get the feeling you have dreamed about that future (your current present) some unspecified time in the past. You can have a look at the wiki article if you are interested.
