I was there...There will be a post on it soon, but I will say this now. Never would I have ever expected Typing of the Dead to be as big of a draw as it was. It had about 30 minutes of downtime the entire con. And the stickman game is the best part of Alien Hominid. So simple but so engaging. I plan on expanding my room alittle more next year, if not by just adding more people stuff then by adding in some of my other consoles I did not think would get play time; Commodore 64 and Apple ][+ would probably be the first two added.

If you have any ideas to make next year better, please message me

I was there Saturday, and I definitely enjoyed myself. It was great meeting racketboy and fastbilly (along with the other "regulars" in the retrogaming room), and being on the retrogaming panel was definitely an interesting experience, even if most of the questions seemed to be about retro PC games (something I know next to nothing about). I also got my ass handed to me at X-Men vs. Street Fighter by racketboy, who is the latest to prove just how much I suck at one-on-one fighters.

I'd love to go again next year, but seeing as how I'll be in Connecticut then, that won't be happening.

I took some video, but most of the time I was too busy playing around.
I was also a little disappointed that many of the questions at the retro panel were PC-based or not very retro at all. Lucky, Fastbilly1 knew his stuff and kept us from looking stupid :)

I didn't get to go... something big turned up this weekend for me, so it overrode any pleasure trips.

Hope you all had fun, and you probably didn't miss anything by me not being there.

I went, because Fastbilly yelled at me, and I had a lot of fun. Played some Street Fighter II, Zelda: Four Swords, X-Men vs. Street Fighter, Fighters Megamix, Alien Hominid, so on and so forth. I do wish I'd managed to throw down with Fastbilly in a game of Shaq Fu, but I didn't think about it at the time.

By the way, Fast, next time I'll bring Killer Instinct, Primal Rage, and Samurai Shodown for the SNES if you like.

As a kid, I went with my parents a few times to the Ozarks on independence day. It was pretty crazy.
