I took this exam in High School too. Was pretty mentally draining. I remember having to pay like $100 to even be able to take it, too.

Actually, I was advised not to write about the book when I asked my teacher, but he said that, given the right topic, it could work. The topic was an analysis of a character's perspective on justice. It was impossible NOT to write about Rorschach. It was so clear that it was like a sign!

Every AP Lit exam is designed around Joseph Conrad's Heart of Darkness. It's true.

Smile: I went and bought some jaffa cakes. They are indeed awesome. :D

Ticked: Disappointed would be more correct, but I totally struck out looking for Fentimans today (for anyone who's curious, it was talked about here: http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... &start=140).

I'd hoped I could find some locally, but it's looking like I'm gonna have to order it.

Smile: Bruins sweep the Flyers, and I have a few minutes to again post with you guys.

Frown: Those minutes are about up, as I've got some yard and house work to do. As my Dad said "If you buy the Ponderossa, you have to tend to it".

Did I really just make a Bonanza reference? I swear I'm not eighty.

Ditto for me. They really took care of them. The previous series against the Canadiens was a tough battle and very close.

Frown: Red Sox lost again, three in a row. Will they ever see .500 this year? :?
I don't mind when a team loses in a close, well played game but not when they played awful like they have the last 3 games.

Ticked: Internet just capped. :( My internet is going to be truly retro for the next 8 days...

Smile: Hopefully this will give me an incentive to actually get off my ass while at home and play some games, do some reading and catch up on some shows. Either that or I could actually go out...
