the7k, I have the Terminater Salvation platinum and I have Saw in my backlog to play and platinum over a rainy weekend. Hasn't discouraged me! But that might be because I borrowed Terminater from my library (free of course) and got Saw free in a buy 1 get 2 deal.

I'm starting to think this whole PSN debacle is a blessing in disguise. Maybe it'll screw up everyone's Trophies and people will realize this whole achievement thing isn't work the time or energy.

I agree, I used to love achievements/trophies. Part of me still does, at least the idea of it anyway. But FAR too many companies have screwed it up to the point that I would love to see them die. Also remember that many games don't let you back up your save data and it's all because of stupid achievements/trophies. Gamers need to get back to creating their OWN challenges. 1cc runs and speed runs became a part of gaming because players found their OWN ways to challenge themselves. We did just fine before trophies and achievements came along and some developers have gotten smart enough to just have a built in achievement system within the game. Just look at Valkyria Chronicles and Final Fantasy 12
