OK then. Let me rephrase what I said earlier.

I hate to see harm done to good people and I like to see things improve.

Bad people can do good things. Just because they've targeted groups you disagree with doesn't make them good people.

I agree with both of these points of view.

However, Anon (or whoever) stealing personal information and credit card data will not improve one single thing. Whoever did this didn't do it because "Sony is immortal". It was an act of theft and nothing more.

This works in reverse as well though. We won't know for sure until they are caught.

Lastpass.

Oops. Look like Lastpass has been compromised now. Storing passwords on the internet was never a good idea anyway. KeePass is still secure.

Thankfully I don't use that service but I've had it recommended to me by several people. I don't need a service like that, I already have my own cipher system for creating strong and unique passwords.

From the Euro Blog:
Also, look out for more information on the rest of our Welcome Back programme, including which free content you will be eligible for. We will be offering PSN users the opportunity to select two PS3 games from a list of five, as well as offering PSP users the opportunity to choose two games from a list of four. We will let you know exactly what games are available very soon.

Thats better then I expected. Im sure North America will get something similar. Im curious to see if they will be PSN games or Digital PS3 games. Probably PSN.

Totally cool with free PSN games if one of them is Wipeout HD.
