Its just fan speculation. Saying itll be based on Ring-Edge/Wide is a good laugh though. All those are are C2D pcs with 8800s. So if you want to make your console like a pc, its good to start with a pc...

That's how I feel. I really want to see a new Sega console, but I've heard too many of these rumors to take any of it seriously anymore.
