Talking Classics forums
Re: Talking Classics forums
I think some organization is in order.
Re: Talking Classics forums
I thought it was the 'style' you were aiming for Nathan.
In all honestly, the background really needs to be changed, I feel like I am looking at a yahoo page from the mid 90's and more than anything the layout of the forum is completely off putting, how about grouping the forums into sub sections.
Everything is just a mess.

Re: Talking Classics forums
I think that's the point, this is tied to the new Talking Classics site and that also looks like some Geocities page from the 90's. The fun is in how broken and outdated it all feelsemwearz wrote:I thought it was the 'style' you were aiming for Nathan.

...at least, that's what I got out of it.

Besides there is a big difference between retro/nostalgia and just poor design.I don't know. I don't remember seeing that name here. I met him on the talking classics guestbook. He said he could make some forums and is from RB.

Re: Talking Classics forums
Ahhh, well honestly I only glanced at the forum so I wouldn't have known if it was just plain old poorly designed.

Poor design is authentic nostalgia. Have you seen the Talking Classics site? If people aren't complaining about the design then its not good enough for me.

I cant understand that, and it goes hand in hand with the persona, but as for the forums, it is actually hard to use, forums were organized back in the day, and if they weren't I didn't use them.NathanBarnatt wrote:Poor design is authentic nostalgia.
