Honestly, I kind of wish Zelda would just die already, along with Metroid and Mario. I'm kind of sick of Nintendo rehashing the same damn games that originally put them on the map over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over

JUST DIE ALREADY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of the 3d Zeldas out there, I have played Ocarina and Twilight Princess and they are good games. I can't fault them for lack of quality, but it's really just the same shit we have been doing since the first Zelda game on the NES. You go to a dungeon, solve some puzzles to get some keys and open some doors, fight a boss, go to some town, talk to some nobodies, grab some fairies and rupees in the overworld, find out that Ganon is starting up shit as always, figure out that for some reason or another Zelda is in trouble, hack some shit up with your sword and gimmicky sub weapons, etc, etc, etc, etc.

I hope to play new Metroid, Zelda, and Mario games till the day I die.

Same with Mega Man, I wish they'd release 100 more games in the vein of MM1-10 (okay excluding 7-8). I will play and love them all.

I can respect that. Somewhere along the way I just lost my interest in Zelda for whatever reason. I often blame it on Okami and Beyond Good and Evil because they did some different things with the Zelda formula

Sometimes I think I'm the only guy in the world who likes Mega Man 7.

I kind of view all the mega mans as the same, so I can't say that I enjoyed MM7 and 8 any less than any of the previous entries. There are little differences sure, but when you get right down to it they are all the same game. I ended up liking the MMX series a LOT more for bringing some real change to the MM formula. I remember Wily being a real bitch in MM7 though. I never beat it

No way dude Mega Man was like 12 feet tall in MM7, the physics and controls didn't feel as good, the game felt awful! MM8 just had annoying level design most of the time and the dub for the cutscenes was too hilarious.

Anyways I'm just kind of goofing around here like o.pwuaioc arguing LTTP and OoT are rightfully completely different, MM7-8 are definitely not like the rest of the NES games at all (including MM9-10 there). That said I don't straight up hate them, but I didn't really like them nearly as much as the rest or the X games. I'd also easily put Mega Man & Bass above MM7-8 personally.

1. Holy hell yeah it's probably the hardest Mega Man game to me. But yeah, one of my top favorites. I remember way back in the day when it was often regarded as Mega Man 9, heh.

2.
