The picture you posted shows the chip with the leg that goes to the oscillator lifted.
One wire is attached to the original 33Mhz Xtal, the other to the 40Mhz Xtal for overclocked mode.
Somehow the power of the Xtal goes times 6 to get the original 200Mhz output in case of the 33Mhz Xtal, or the OC'd 240Mhz in case of the 40Mhz Xtal.
But technically there are people here that can explain things much better than me for sure.
I just know how to follow the guides (for now) and go from there... ^^
