Mark Leung: Revenge of the Bitch

Post by J T »

What can I even say? This is the craziest thing I've seen in quite awhile. Just watch the video trailer and brace yourself for insanity:

Buy the game or try the demo here:

I'm downloading the demo now. I'll post impressions later if my brain doesn't get melted.

So, I've played a few minutes of the demo.

The humor is immensely nerdy. The game is definitely funny if you dig that sort of thing. I'm not sure if I think the gameplay is very fun though. From the little I have played, it has a very simple and basic battle stystem of turn-taking attacks. I'm hoping some more depth will develop over time, but right now I find myself just clicking through the battles without much though and just waiting for the next bat shit insane cut scene.

Haha, so random. Graphically it looks overtly similar in both presentation and styling to Dragon Quest VIII

From the looks of things, if he took a serious approach he most likely could have had a somewhat decent game.
The monster at 0:45 is actually a dog's ass... with tentacles.

From what I watched the gameplay looks terrible. The humor is decent though.

It's kind of both at the same time.
