Get Recettear off of Steam. It's like Harvest Moon, but you run an item shop instead of a farm.

Not a JRPG but Knights Of The Old Republic is fantastic.

PCs are dominated by Western RPGs, my friend. I think Jade Empire was made on PC, which is sort of JRPG-ish. And maybe some of the really popular JRPGs from the last generation or so. I know the Final Fantasy games have been ported to PC.

But the best PC RPGs (IMO) are Western-RPGs:
-Baldur's Gate 1 & 2
-Diablo 1 & 2
-Dungeon Siege 1 & 2
-Elder Scrolls Series (Daggerfall, Morrowind, Oblivion)
-Fallout 3
-Icewind Dale
-Neverwinter Nights 1 & 2

I'd agree with this, and add generally anything by Bioware to the list, alongside Planescape: Torment. The latter is interesting because you can social your way through everything, with only a few mandatory battles (none of which are the final boss). Vampire: The Masquerade: Bloodlines is like that too for the most part, but the last leg of the game is entirely underground with a bunch of mindless enemies so you're kinda screwed if you didn't make some kind of combat monster.
