Probably not the 5 best books written of all time but, my personal favorites. Which also happen to be the few books I bought new. All my other books aren't really presentable as I get them at library sales. Plus they smell funny.

I spent the last few hours busting my hump on yard work.
The project I wanted to do is finished though, and we did it one afternoon, so I'm happy. Now we can move on to something else.

Why do you work on your yard at night?CFFJR wrote:I spent the last few hours busting my hump on yard work.

I mean, it's a nice night, I went for a walk about an hour ago, but, why yard work?

Well, to be fair, we went out to eat right after we finished. So really my post is a bit late on that, heh.
I started this afternoon, about 4:30 or 5 after a trip to Home Depot, and we finished up right at 8:30, just in time before it got too dark.
It was so hot earlier today though (for me at least, I hate hot weather), I would have hated to start earlier than I did.

Re: Random Thoughts Thread
You know, a lot of newer games are great, but, in 20 years time, I don't think they'll be remembered with the same fondness we have for the current retro systems.
I think I have a lot more fun with newer games than older ones, but, I just can't see myself being all that fond of the PS2, PS3, Xbox 360 etc. in 20 years.

though I love a lot of PS2 titles, I find the PS1's library far more exciting.RyaNtheSlayA wrote:You know, a lot of newer games are great, but, in 20 years time, I don't think they'll be remembered with the same fondness we have for the current retro systems.
