Those who own Megaman 3, can you tell me if this is normal?

I just snagged this cart off eBay to play on my Retro Duo, and there is a black bar down the left side of the screen. Is this supposed to be there? It's been forever since I owned the original cart, so maybe my memory just doesn't serve me well.

the cart is clean? does the retro duo have a 100% compatability rating with the games?

I cleaned the cart before I used it, and from what I understand the Retro Duo has almost 100% compatibility. The game plays fine and everything looks proportionate, just shifted over the right.

That's just weird with the black bar. Oh well, at least I know now that's the way it was supposed to be. I wonder if it's the same on MMAC?

Yep, Hard Man. Still laugh at that every time I play the game. It's be awesome if the game said "YOU GOT HARD ON!" after you acquire his weapon.

YES the bar is there.
