cool. what's the difference in the beads or the way you made the two mario coasters (the one on the top and the one below it)? or is it just different color beads or the lighting that makes it look different? also was wondering how fragile these are in general.

I'd suggest some thin cork to put on the back of the coasters.

here's another custom sprite idea I got when I was recently working on a big blog post of mine for my personal top 25 GameBoy and GameBoy Color games (clicky clicky!)

Remember my Megaman V Gameboy recolors? I sure do. Those were so much fun to do I wanted to try my hand at grayscale recolors again, and this was my result:

Custom color correct Wario from Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land

more to come! cheers.

I keep meaning to make some of these. I want to do a 3D item tv from sonic. Where is the best place to buy beads with the biggest color selection?

Jrecee, I'll pm you some info that might help.

For a while now, I've working on another massive project. Not as big as some I've made, but nevertheless a really massive sprite that's several feet tall.

After much effort, here's

Giant Protoman from Megaman 10! This totally exhausted by supply of red beads. Hope you guys like it!
