Hey folks, here's a secret...

User Control Panel -> Friends & Foes -> Manage Foes -> Add New Foes: (Type A Name)

It's been working wonders for me. Just sayin'.

Oh shit. I just read it. I must say Inazuma. That was nice dog. Just nice.

Seriously though for a second I'm gonna exit "sarcastic mode" and say I think the "Guilt and Gaming" thread is a perfect example of Inazuma's potential. He made a good point in that thread. I'm not saying he was right. But he made a valid point that would be great advice for some very specific situations. Ultimately though he went about it the completely wrong way, insulting people by calling them bad parents, putting the extreme meter up to 11, tossing about his opinions as if they were facts, etc etc. He could be a valuable forum member if he acted more civil.

I must say, I really don't think Flake overreacted. He said something I think a lot of us (And I know me personally) have wanted to say. And no matter how over-the-top Flake may have acted it didn't come close to average Inazuma levels.

What exactly happens when you make someone a foe? Does it make their posts invisible?

If you make me a foe I come to your house and fight you. All the mods do this. We each have our own unique fighting style that we break out when given "foe" status. I don't suggest you try it.

I'm not gonna try it, I don't want to get Lords of Thunder last boss'd by you.

It seriously concerns me that users are now getting annoyed with each other while arguing about Inazuma.

Having said that though, I'm not sure what the solution is.
It's really simple what the problem is. Religion is a very personal and dear issue to many people, and as a result they don't like to hear it being trampled on. If you don't agree, then just ignore it and move on. Don't try to start an argument over one's beliefs because it's one you'll never win.

That sounds sorta like The League of Evil Ex's. Do I win the heart of some hot chick with dyed hair if I can defeat you all in combat?

They are collapsed in threads and replaced with a link that says 'click to read this post' or something to that effect so you don't see what they wrote unless someone has quoted them in a reply or you click.

Agreed. I never let myself get drawn into religious battles, in my personal life or otherwise. That only leads to tragedy.

This issue that people have with Inazuma has been a longstanding thing though, and I don't want people to fight about him. Its very counterproductive.

@dsheinem

I'd like to see all of those fighting styles. Maybe you'd all collectively kick my ass, but it'd be cool!

Really though, I'd never make you a foe D. You knighted me dsheinemjr remember? We bonded over Ballz 3d. There was wine, candles...

Edit: Thanks for the explanation Hobie.
