PS2 Sealed games, but no white sticker?

Hey guys, so I just picked up two sealed games off of eBay: Rogue Galaxy and Katamari Damacy. I haven't bought a brand new PS2 game in a while, but shouldn't it have the white sticker that says the game name and has an official hologram? They are not shrink-wrapped, they have that fresh from the factory plastic wrap. Any thoughts? Are they official? The main reason I'm asking is that I want to sell the Katamari Damacy on here as sealed, but don't want to do so and call it sealed if it's just a re-wrap.

My PS2 copies of Katamari Damacy and Okami were purchased new from Fry's new and don't have top labels either.

I noticed this with a lot of the later PS2 releases. I first noticed it with Suikoden V, which I bought new from best buy back when it was released.

Sony stopped using the hologram labels in 2007-ish or so, it was a cost cutting move brought on by the PS3's (of which some very early games had a seal) launch.
