Do we live in the age of spoilers?

Not watching any TV helps me not get spoiled on some stuff. Like Jfrost and JT, I've mostly been ignoring Portal 2 stuff so I can experience it myself when I eventually get it. I watched some clip months ago where we were introduced to the British sphere, and I watched those 3 'commercials' by the Aperture founder guy and that's about it.

Movie wise I've been annoyed for years how trailers give away too much. Sometimes you see too much of the monster or it gives away too many of the best jokes.

Giving away too many of the jokes is a big problem for comedy movies. Best just to skip or fast-forward those commercials.

Ditto, haven't had TV in my room or anything for years. On the other hand, I always get pissed when my friends are constantly shocked that I haven't seen "that trailer" or don't know about shows, movies, etc, that are coming out soon. Oh well lol.

In the end, yeah... blame the internet/communication thesedays.

I can't stand spoilers. With Morning Musume stuff, setlists for concert tours and screenshots of DVDs etc get posted everywhere all the time...it gets pretty aggravating. I've learned to just avoid certain places at certain times to keep from ruining the surprise.

Same haha (well, I have a TV in my room...but I don't ever watch cable or anything), although it's gotten to where my friends are surprised when I actually DO know about something rather than getting pissed when I'm clueless
