If you like hip-hop/rap music at all then I would say Defjam Rapstar is a must play. Best of all it's on clearence at Target for dirt cheap right now. It might be the first game I get all the achievements on and my gamerscore is almost 25000.

Rather than quantity, I would like to see a quality list, but I'm sure thats near impossible. If a guy were to ask you what the best games for a genre are, that'd be a fun discussion.
For example:
"If you want to play the best racing game of all time, you'd want to play 'BLAH'"
or
"rather than play through countless hours of random RPGs, just play 'BLAH', I think it pretty much sums up what RPGs have to offer"

That just my take on it. I personally don't have time to play through a large list of games, so I'd rather play like one game per genre over the course of a month
