Just as the title says. I know there are ways to play portable games on the television - is there any such method for the PSP? There are some games on it that I'd be interested in trying but I just dislike playing on a small screen.
Thanks.

If you have a PSP slim (2000) or up, those have component out. With the earlier PSP phat (1000), as far as i know, your only option is playing on your computer screen via RemoteJoy.
It's been a while since i've messed around with Remote Joy, but i'm sure you can search Google for it and find plenty of help.

Yup. Just be warned that when you use either the composite or component cables that the image on the television screen will be a fixed 16:9 image that does not fill the whole screen. The only way to make it fill the whole screen is to run a homebrew app that enables it or to use the "stretch" or "Zoom" function on your tv (if it is available).

Good info. There is also a "Full" setting in some of the HDTVs, at the built in Menu Screen.Weekend_Warrior wrote:Yup. Except on PSone classics, those can go fullscreen.Weekend_Warrior wrote:Yup. Also, I doubt you'll be getting a PSPGo, as Sony has decided to cease production now. However, it does have one quality that may interest you. With the PSPGo (and a PS3) you can use your Sixaxis or DualShock 3 to play games even on your TV.
So just something to think about.
